BRAIN CHEMISTRY

Our thoughts and the way we behave mostly governed by the kind of chemicals gets produced in our brain, yes CHEMICALS- some people might know this fact from before and those who don't here I will describe it in brief so that you won't be finding it any more cumbersome about our brain chemistry & it would be explained in the simplest way😊.

Hey did you see that I have used an emoji above to express my good mood, surely you can see that face, isn't it? but could you realize that our feel-good factor is actually related to certain chemicals,  So let's find the 4 most essential chemicals which really controls our actions and how we feel about ourselves.

1. Dopamine-"FEEL GOOD" Chemical
This is probably the most popular topic on our brain chemical compounds that people generally talk about as it involves our mind to become more excited with higher imagination and finally releasing lots of dopamine to bring that good feeling. You may see the business marketing groups trying to hit this zone of how to increase high dopamine levels in their customers so that they get attracted to their products. Social media is another good example which manipulates the dopamine production in the brain as we all use the internet so much these days.

2. Oxytocin-"LOVE OR TRUST"Chemical
This special hormone is produced when someone touches the other individual and generally seen in reptiles but also found in humans as well. We all know the value of trust in any relationships like friendship or anything where there is the role of touch so whenever next time you think about TRUST then remember this cool name ->OXYTOCIN.😉

3. Seratonin-"SOCIAL IMPORTANCE" Chemical
This particular chemical compound which is actually the dictating agent for DEPRESSION levels in our body is responsible for well being and promoting survival where it works according to our social activities. A lesser amount of Seratonin makes a human being more susceptible to depression but if it's found in excessive amount then there is the chance of having a Seratonin Syndrome which would make the person weak and could prove to be very injurious.

4. Endorphin-"EMERGENCY" Chemical
This Chemical compound another one promoting the role of survival but this in Emergency and not in the area of Social value where more you work more it gets released, here in case of Endorphin whenever one finds himself in a trouble situation then this particular hormone is released to put yourself on alert and escape to a safer place.

Hope this short explanation of our brain chemicals which is responsible for our state of mind, would prove helpful in spreading more knowledge and create better self-awareness.
How everything is so distinctive which shapes up our imagination
